Great watches
It's an ironman.. what else can I say.. comfortable, nice looking ,easy to read.. my first ironman was the triathlon back in the day. I was always told when you find something that works for you don't change it any these watches work for me.. if I could change one thing I would make the alarm a little louder but I'm getting old and don't hear as well as I once did.
Tough watch for everyday use.
This is my third watch of this type over the last 12+ yrs. I like them because they are tough and believe me, I am hard on watches. I started wearing these before I retired because of the type of work I did and they got banged around a lot and they just kept right on working. I wear them when working around the house and in the yard and I have never broke one from hard use. The band breaks, and I get it replaced, and keep right on trucking. When the battery dies, I don't bother replacing the battery because by the time I pay to get that done, I could have bought a replacement for a few bucks more. Hope they don't stop making this model.
Incredible Value
There’s nothing I don’t like about this watch. Feels very modern and retro at the same time. A great number of functions for those who use it to run and it’s extremely comfortable. I actually wear it to sleep.
The illumination function is a highlight as well. A great value for the low price.
Pleased with purchase. Band replacement will be only problem I see.
As advertised, band needs to be a bit bigger. They did advertise it as an 8 inch band, so they were up front with that. If the band breaks, I believe it will be hard to find a replacement.
Great watch for active people
I like that I can wear in the pool and my sweating when exercising doesn't harm it. I also like that I can check the time in the middle of the night. This is the second version of this watch I have owned. The first one I owned for over 10 years and it was still working but I caught it on a railing when I was walking by and tore the wrist band. The wrist band on the new watch is the only difference and it is a little shorter (by one notch), but is still adequate.
Finally a watch with buttons I can press!
Before I had to properly align my fingernail with a recessed button to change the time when I traveled or time something (impossible to do accurately because it would take a few presses). This new watch had sleek protruding easy-to-press finger-friendly buttons. I also like its large letter design and light.
It’s a watch
A friend of mine does concrete for a full time job, he wears the same watch. That’s why I purchased it, I work in a hospital and use the timer often for vitals when I don’t want to look at my watch - timer alarm goes off, I’m done counting. Has three alarms that are very easy to set/use. Also has a future date alarm for an anniversary or shift work reminder and the night light can be set to be turned on by any button and will remain in that setting for eight hours. Really just a watch though.
