Takes me back…
A simple digital watch. So light, you don’t know it’s there, nice, readable display, no timer function, but it has a stopwatch. Let’s be honest, you will probably never use the stopwatch, or the alarm. This watch tells accurate quartz time for under $20. Water resistance? Most Casios punch above their weight, but take it off to shower or wash dishes. The band is fairly easy to adjust; search “adjust Casio watch band” on YouTube. It’s comfortable, looks far more expensive than it is, fits under a shirt cuff, and would not be out of place in a board meeting, although I wear G Shocks everywhere. It takes me back to high school, when simple digital watches were what I wore. I had Timex as well as Casio, back then, but Timex today, are too expensive, compared to Casios. I think Timex has gotten a bit full of themselves. Pass on them, and get this. You won’t be disappointed.
Cheap and cheerful in these trying times
You cannot go wrong with this gem.
It’s a primo throw-back to the 80’s that also does a good job of keeping time. At first I thought it was too small, because I’m used to wearing G-Shocks. I got over that quickly and now I wear it all the time.
The busy face with blue and red text is fun to look at. The blue-green “Illuminator” backlight works well and looks cool in the dark.
I wear it everywhere.
