Is it true they have bad reputation?
Ok, I was skeptical to purchase through this sleller because here were a lot of bad reviews, and some of them reported they've got smart watches with defects. Ok, I however got a perfect watch without any single scratch. Just luck? I don't know but one thing I could say is they have a 90days return policy, so, you probably know what I mean. My watch is working perfectly and charging well. No problems. Great. Recommended. If yours is not good? Just return it.

Ordered my watch and it came and the device looks brand new. Not a single scratch or anything wrong with it.
My only issue is no original charger. A 3rd party charger. My watch charged up to 100% without any issues.
Battery life seems good. Battery seems like it's in its original condition.
Update (1 week after purchase):
My watch is still working perfectly minus one little issue I've had only one time. The 3rd party charger tends to overheat the battery on the watch so I ordered a samsung one and that should fix the problem. I did some research and found that 3rd party chargers don't charge this right. Do not use the charger they give you with this refurb! Get a Samsung charger for it!! Other than the charging issue I'm still impressed with battery life. Very happy with my purchase still. Just wish the watch came with the original charger. I found a used charger online for $12.
Great watch
I had a Fitbit before and the battery life was over a week and it was much smaller, but those were the only advantages over the Galaxy. I love all the features of the Galaxy watch, Weather, timers, an Alexa app, and the fact that it actually notifies you when you get phone calls or texts (which I could never get my fitbit to do consistently. It also allows me to 2 factor authenticate so I don't have to pull out and unlock my phone every time. I also got a great deal on it because I bought a "Renewed" one. All in all a great purchase!
