#1:Casio Men's Vintage CA53W-1 Calculator Watch
Product Description Read More
Same excellent value and quality that I'm used to, but the inverted screen is definitely weird.
To avoid confusion, I use aftermarket silicone bands from Ritche, purely for the aesthetic and not because there was a problem with the ones included on the watch.
I've worn these style of Casio calculator watches for most of my life, and despite some shortcomings that I will detail below, I really do love them.
Nice watch for the price
I purchased the black watch to add to my Casio collection. It's a fun little watch to wear. It takes me back to my nerdy high school days. I can read the display with ease. Yes, the buttons are small, but they are usable with a little bit of concentration or use pencil to push on it. Getting in and out of calculator mode is easy. The watch is a little bit smaller than I remember, but that makes no difference to me. It's very light and comfortable. Setting the time/date was easy as well. My only minor gripe is that it doesn't have a screen light. But for $20 I am not complaining!
Timeless Favorite
This is the 2nd time around I buy this watch for my boyfriend. The first one he broke, so undoubtably he was more than happy when I bought him another one. He barely ever takes it off, thanks to it being waterproof and loves the vintage look. I highly recommend as a staple piece to everyone.
Fun Piece of Nostalgia
This fun little blast from the past was a neat addition to my collection. The buttons work well and the calculator functions just as you would expect. The band feels cheap, but after all we're not after a serious timepiece here. The watch itself keeps great time, which was a nice surprise. Could you wear this every day? I don't really know how it would hold up.
